Aignae Lewis
A proud first-generation college graduate, I’ve dedicated my career to serving and uplifting underserved communities. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Millersville University, Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Villanova University, my professional path gives me a unique perspective in both Human Services and Nursing. For over 15 years, I worked in the mental health field before transitioning into nursing, where I now specialize in cardiac care. My passion lies in youth development and creating pathways to success for those in marginalized communities. I have worked closely with adolescent girls, helping them become more future-oriented through mentorship and empowerment. Whether through clinical care or community engagement, my mission remains the same- “To Educate and Empower”.
 

Shanita Hadley 
I hold bachelor’s degrees in Psychology (Millersville University) and Nursing (Drexel University) providing a strong foundation in both mental health and clinical care. With over a decade of experience in social services, I have worked extensively with diverse and underserved populations, focusing on crisis intervention, advocacy, and care coordination. Driven by a passion for youth empowerment, I’ve also mentored adolescents, supporting their journeys in career discovery, personal development, and confidence-building. My nursing background includes medical-surgical and postpartum care, enhancing my ability to navigate complex healthcare needs. I am dedicated to integrating clinical expertise with social support to drive meaningful, long-term outcomes for the individuals and communities I serve.
